Bizzo Casino review: AUD bonuses from a casino that never says who runs it

Bizzo writes its pages for Australians, in AUD, yet no page we read names the company behind it or a licence. ACMA blocks nine Bizzo domains, and its bonuses need 40x wagering at A$8 a spin.

  • Loss, deposit, session and wager limits on offer
  • 24/7 live chat plus separate support and complaints emails
  • 87 game studios in the lobby filter

Watch out

  • Nine Bizzo domains on ACMA's blocked list

  • 40x wagering, an A$8 maximum bet, table and live games excluded
  • Two weeks to finish verification, phone call included, or winnings are confiscated

  • Lobby RTP badges above 100%

Key facts

  • No company, registration number or licence appears in Bizzo's terms, footer or privacy policy; its About Us page points to a licence validator link the footer does not have.
  • Withdrawals are capped at €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week and €50,000 a month, with a 10 EUR minimum.
  • Deposit bonuses need 40x wagering, with a maximum bet of A$8, and table and live games do not count.
  • Australia is not on Bizzo's restricted list, but its terms bar Australians from NetEnt jackpot wins and do not support Visa payouts to Australia.
  • ACMA's blocked list (8 Oct 2026) holds nine Bizzo domains under five spellings.

Bizzo Casino review: who is behind it?

Bizzo scores 3.6 out of 10, and the biggest gap is a name. Its terms, footer, privacy policy and contact page, read on 9 October 2026, never say which company runs Bizzo or which regulator licenses it. The About Us page calls Bizzo "a fully licensed casino" and tells players to check the "license validator link in the footer". The footer holds rule links, Visa and Mastercard logos and an 18+ badge. No validator. The terms say only that disputes belong in the courts of Curaçao.

Everything else is pitched at Australians: page titles "for Australian Players", bonuses in AUD, and bizzocasino.com now forwarding to a new numbered domain that was not on ACMA's 8 October snapshot. We do not name or link it.

We read its terms and conditions (last updated 5 August 2024), general bonus terms, promotions, responsible gaming, FAQ, about, contact, privacy and VIP pages and the game lobby on 9 October 2026, from an Australian connection. This is a desk review: no account, no deposit.

No. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bans offering online casino games to people in Australia, and ACMA's blocked gambling websites list carried nine Bizzo domains on our 8 October 2026 snapshot, under five spellings:

SpellingDomains on the list
bizzocasinobizzocasino.com
bizzocazinobizzocazino.com
bizzoocasinobizzoocasino.com and bizzoocasino1 to 4 (.com)
bizzoo-casinobizzoo-casino.net
cazino-bizzocazino-bizzo.com

Bizzo's own restricted list names about 50 countries plus France's overseas territories, from Israel and the US to Montserrat. Australia is not among them. Its terms single Australians out twice anyway: players from Australia "are not eligible to win any jackpots" on NetEnt jackpot games, and Visa payouts are not supported for Australian cards. The same terms say a VPN "is not restricted" and make every player guarantee they "received legal advice before registering". ACMA warns that players of illegal operators risk losing their money. The full legal picture: are online pokies legal in Australia.

Bizzo withdrawal limits and payout times

Bizzo's caps are higher than most offshore terms we have read, and they are set in euros:

Rule (terms, section 12)What it says
Per day€4,000
Per week€16,000
Per month€50,000, with exceptions for higher VIP levels
Minimum10 EUR or USD; 500 by wire transfer
Processing"up to 3 days" for some payment options
Card payoutsVisa not supported for Australia; Australia not on the Mastercard payout list
Bank chargesIntermediary bank fees up to the equivalent of €16
Before withdrawingBet each deposit 3 times, or Bizzo may charge its processing costs

A €20,000 win shows how the caps stack: four days at €4,000 reach the €16,000 weekly ceiling, and the last €4,000 waits for the following week. Progressive jackpots are paid in full. The site's internal currency is the euro, so AUD play is converted along the way, and closing an account with money in it costs 12.5 EUR for the manual bank transfer.

The FAQ says you must withdraw with the method you deposited with. If a request stalls, our guide to a casino withdrawal pending explains the usual reasons.

The phone call and the two-week clock

Verification can go well past a passport photo. The terms list a photo of your ID, a screenshot of your payment method and a proof of address no older than three months, and allow requests for proof of funds, proof of wealth, and a selfie holding your ID beside a sheet of paper with the casino's name and the date. Bizzo may also insist on a phone call with a manager before it verifies an account or pays winnings, or on a live video call over Skype.

The deadline is hard: fail to finish within two weeks and the account "will be permanently closed and the winnings confiscated". The FAQ puts a normal check at about 72 hours. Oddly, the section opens with a line left over from a template, "Provide your KYC procedures". Our casino verification process guide shows what routine checks look like.

The welcome bonus, priced

Bizzo's first deposit offer grows with the deposit:

First depositBonusFree spinsBonus game
A$20 to A$5050%50No
A$50 to A$20075%75Yes
A$200 to A$500100%100Yes
A$500 to A$2,000125%125Yes

The top tier's 125% of A$2,000 is the advertised A$2,500. Spins arrive 25 a day, need a deposit of at least $30, and their winnings carry 40x. The general bonus terms set 40x on every deposit bonus, a maximum bet of A$8 including bought features, and no contribution at all from table and live dealer games.

Take the 100% tier with A$200 deposited. If the 40x applies to the A$200 bonus alone, you need A$8,000 of pokies bets, at least 1,000 spins at the A$8 ceiling, and at a 96% return that costs about A$320 on average (A$8,000 x 4%). The terms do not say whether the deposit counts too; if it does, the turnover doubles to A$16,000 and the expected cost to about A$640. Either way the bet costs more than the bonus. Test other figures in the wagering requirements calculator.

Later bonuses have a ceiling as well: winnings from cashback, reloads, tournaments and VIP bonuses stop at A$15,000. The welcome bonus is exempt.

Bizzo no deposit bonus and promo codes

The only no deposit offer on 9 October 2026 was 10 free spins for installing Bizzo's app, to be wagered within 7 days. The general terms then apply: 40x on the winnings, an A$75 cashout cap, full verification and a deposit before any withdrawal. We did not see a 30 free spins offer, and the promo codes page prints no code; it says codes "are sourced from our esteemed partners". How these deals usually work: no deposit bonus Australia.

Games, and RTP badges that cannot be right

The provider filter listed 87 studios, among them Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Playson, Booongo, Playtech, Yggdrasil, Spribe and Novomatic. NetEnt was not in it. Game tiles wear "hot" and "cold" RTP badges, and several read above 100%: 107.85% on Flash Coins Hold and Win, 132.9% and 156.65% on others. A game's long-run return to player cannot pass 100%, so these must be short-term results over a period the page never states. Read them as decoration, not odds.

Responsible gambling, support and idle accounts

Bizzo lists loss, deposit, session and wager limits, and says live support will set them up for you; self-exclusion is requested through live chat. No durations are given. Deposit limits exclude crypto, and the terms admit they cannot be applied to vouchers such as Flexepin or to the CoinsPaid system. The help groups listed are Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy; in Australia, Gambling Help is free on 1800 858 858.

Support means 24/7 live chat, support@bizzocasino.com, complaints@bizzocasino.com and a form that promises a reply within 24 hours. We tested none of them. An account untouched for 12 months pays €10 a month until the balance reaches zero.

Sister sites: no other brand is named on any Bizzo page we read.

How we scored it

  • Payments 4.5: €4,000 a day and €50,000 a month are workable caps, with no casino commission as standard; no Visa payouts for Australia, the 3x deposit rule with possible charges and euro conversion hold it down.
  • Terms 3.0: 40x at A$8 a spin, an A$75 no deposit cap, a two-week verification deadline backed by confiscation, and a €10 dormancy fee.
  • Safety 1.0: nine blocked domains, a service illegal to offer here, no company or licence named anywhere, and an About Us claim its own footer contradicts.
  • Responsible gambling 4.0: four limit types and self-exclusion, but arranged through support, with no durations, gaps for crypto and vouchers, and no Australian help.
  • Games 5.5: 87 studios; impossible RTP badges and barred NetEnt jackpots cost points, and per-game RTP was not checked.
  • Support 5.0: chat, two inboxes and a form; untested.

Weighted using our how we rate casinos method, Bizzo comes to 3.6 out of 10.

Frequently asked questions

Is Bizzo Casino legit?

No, not for Australians. No page we read on 9 October 2026 names the company or licence behind Bizzo, its About Us page points to a licence validator that is not in the footer, and ACMA lists nine Bizzo domains as illegal gambling services.

Is Bizzo Casino legal in Australia?

No. Online casino games cannot legally be offered to people in Australia, and ACMA has asked internet providers to block nine Bizzo domains. Australia is missing from Bizzo's own restricted list, but that is Bizzo's choice, not a permission.

How long do Bizzo withdrawals take?

Its terms say some payment options take up to 3 days to process, and its FAQ says identity checks usually take about 72 hours. Payouts are capped at €4,000 a day, €16,000 a week and €50,000 a month.

Does Bizzo have a no deposit bonus or 30 free spins?

On 9 October 2026 the only no deposit offer was 10 free spins for installing its app, with 40x wagering on the winnings and a cashout cap of A$75. We saw no 30 free spins offer and no promo code on Bizzo's own pages.

What is the Bizzo Casino welcome bonus?

50% to 125% of a first deposit, reaching A$2,500 when you deposit A$2,000, plus 50 to 125 free spins. Wagering is 40x, the maximum bet is A$8 and table and live games do not count.

Why does bizzocasino.com open a different address?

From our Australian connection on 9 October 2026 it forwarded to a new numbered domain, which we do not name or link. ACMA also blocks Bizzo misspellings such as bizzoocasino and cazino-bizzo, so read any address letter by letter before entering a password or uploading ID.
