Key facts
- Seven of our ten partners mention loyalty levels, loyalty points or VIP status in their own terms; we could not confirm a programme at SpinHub, Betya or Joka.
- The biggest confirmed VIP benefit is higher withdrawal limits: Rolling Slots goes from AUD 800 a day at levels 1 to 10 to AUD 1,700 at levels 86 to 100.
- In our calculation, a $20,000 win takes 35 days to pay at Rolling Slots' entry level and 12 days at the top level.
- Mino Casino's Daily VIP Cashback is 7% of a day's deposits, up to EUR 100, at 20x wagering: worth about EUR 20 on average at the cap, in our calculation.
- Level rewards are capped too: Wild Tokyo's, Mino Casino's and Rolling Slots' terms limit winnings from loyalty level bonuses to AUD 800.
What a VIP casino programme actually changes
Two things, mostly: how fast you can get money out, and what bonuses you are offered. Casino VIP programmes are loyalty schemes. You earn points or climb levels by betting, and higher levels unlock higher withdrawal limits, cashback and level-up bonuses. The terms we read say plenty about the rewards and very little about what it costs to reach them, which is the part that matters.
Online casino games cannot legally be offered to people in Australia, so every VIP casino open to Australians is an offshore operator with no Australian licence. A VIP tier does not change that.
What our partners' own terms confirm
The partner list on this page shows all ten of our partners, in no particular order. Only the seven below have a loyalty or VIP element confirmed in their own terms (read 8 and 9 October 2026):
| Partner | VIP or loyalty element in its terms | What it changes |
|---|---|---|
| Wild Tokyo | Loyalty levels 1 to 88; loyalty bonuses; bonus shop | Withdrawals from AUD 800 a day and 13,000 a month at levels 1 to 22, up to AUD 1,700 a day and 40,000 a month at levels 67 to 88 |
| Mino Casino | Levels 1 to 100; Daily VIP Cashback for VIP players | Withdrawals from AUD 900 to 1,800 a day; 7% daily cashback for VIPs against 5% for others |
| Rolling Slots | Levels 1 to 100 in five limit tiers; loyalty and level rewards | Withdrawals from AUD 800 to 1,700 a day |
| LuckyOnes | VIP status named in its withdrawal terms; loyalty free spins | Terms say different limits may apply under offers including VIP status |
| VegasNow | Loyalty points | 2,000 points convert to $60, wagered 40 times |
| Lucky Dreams | Loyalty no deposit bonuses | Winnings caps on loyalty free spins |
| Wanted Win | VIP bonuses and comp points named in its bonus terms | Winnings from them capped at 10 times the bonus |
We could not confirm a VIP or loyalty programme at SpinHub, whose payment and bonus terms sit behind a login, or at Betya and Joka, whose terms could not be read on our last check.
Benefit 1: higher withdrawal limits
This is the most concrete VIP benefit, and the easiest to put in numbers. Rolling Slots publishes five tiers. In our calculation, assuming each daily payment is approved straight away:
| Rolling Slots level | Per day | Per month | Days to receive a $20,000 win |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 to 10 | AUD 800 | AUD 16,000 | 35 |
| 11 to 30 | AUD 1,100 | AUD 19,500 | 31 |
| 31 to 55 | AUD 1,250 | AUD 24,000 | 16 |
| 56 to 85 | AUD 1,400 | AUD 30,000 | 15 |
| 86 to 100 | AUD 1,700 | AUD 40,000 | 12 |
Mino Casino and Wild Tokyo work the same way: $20,000 takes 33 days at Mino's entry level and 12 at its top, and 39 days at Wild Tokyo's entry level against 12 at the top. The flat-limit partners, LuckyOnes, VegasNow and Lucky Dreams, pay AUD 6,000 a day to everyone. For more on caps and instalments, see casino withdrawal limits, and for payout speed, instant withdrawal casino Australia.
Benefit 2: VIP cashback and level bonuses
Mino Casino runs two daily cashbacks. Its standard one pays 5% of the day's deposits, minimum EUR 5, maximum EUR 50, at 30x wagering. The Daily VIP Cashback pays 7%, minimum EUR 7, maximum EUR 100, at 20x, with winnings capped at EUR 500 and a EUR 5 maximum bet.
What is the VIP version worth? In our calculation at 96% RTP, the EUR 100 maximum needs about EUR 1,429 of deposits in a day. Wagering it 20 times means EUR 2,000 of bets, which cost about EUR 80 on average, leaving about EUR 20 of value. The standard version at its EUR 50 cap needs EUR 1,500 of bets at 30x, an expected cost of EUR 60: about EUR 10 less than nothing. Our casino cashback guide works through more offers, and the wagering requirements calculator runs any of them.
Level-up rewards come with caps. Wild Tokyo's and Mino Casino's bonus terms limit winnings from bonuses or spins for a new loyalty level, the bonus shop or tournaments to AUD 800, and Rolling Slots' terms set the same AUD 800 for bonus shop and loyalty level rewards. Winnings from loyalty bonuses or free spins are capped lower, at AUD 170, at all three. Bonus shop purchases at Wild Tokyo and Mino Casino are limited to three in 24 hours.
Pundit tip: work out what a level costs before you chase it. If the reward is a cashback worth EUR 20 at the cap and it takes EUR 1,429 of deposits in a day to get there, the scheme is selling you the deposits, not the reward.
High roller casino: what changes at big stakes
"High roller" usually means bigger deposits and bigger bets. Two things stay the same whatever your level. First, bonus rules: seven of our partners cap bets at AUD 8 while a bonus is active, and bonus winnings caps still apply. Second, the law and the risk: no Australian licence, no Australian dispute service and, at offshore casinos, no BetStop coverage. A large balance is a large exposure. Some casinos we reviewed advertise VIP routes tied to big deposits: Leon offers VIP status after verification and a single deposit of $3,000, and HellSpin advertises a Highroller VIP Bonus from a AU$500 deposit.
Red flags in VIP programmes
- Offers to cancel a withdrawal. King Billy's bonus terms describe a "cashout cancelation bonus": cancel part of a pending withdrawal and get 25% of the cancelled amount as a bonus, wagered 20x. That turns money on its way to you back into wagered credit. See our King Billy review.
- Limits that depend on recent spending. CrownPlay sets your withdrawal level from your activity in the 90 days before each request, so a quiet month can slow your next payout.
- Rewards with no cost attached. A list of perks without the points or turnover needed for each level tells you only half the deal.
- Pressure from a personal manager. Calls and messages offering bonuses when you have stopped playing are marketing, whatever the title.
How licensed Australian operators are treated
VIP marketing is one of the areas ACMA has acted on. TAB was penalised $4,003,270 in June 2025 over more than 5,700 marketing messages to VIP customers, and in July 2026 paid more than $2.7 million over telemarketing calls to VIP customers and other spam breaches. From 1 January 2027, the Gambling Reform Act 2026 bars licensed wagering providers from sending inducement offers by direct marketing, or showing them in social media ads, to designated customers, including people identified as at risk. Offshore casinos sit outside all of that.
Before you chase a level
A VIP level is a measure of how much you have bet. If you are being treated as a VIP, it is worth asking whether your gambling is where you want it. Frequently asked questions
What is a VIP casino?
A casino that runs a loyalty or VIP programme: you earn points or levels by betting, and higher levels bring higher withdrawal limits, cashback or level bonuses. Online casinos cannot be licensed in Australia, so every VIP casino available to Australians is offshore.
Which of your partners have a VIP programme?
Seven partners' terms mention one: Wild Tokyo, Mino Casino and Rolling Slots (levels that raise withdrawal limits), LuckyOnes (VIP status can change limits), VegasNow (loyalty points that convert to cash), Lucky Dreams (loyalty bonuses) and Wanted Win (VIP bonuses and comp points). We could not confirm one at SpinHub, Betya or Joka.
What does a casino VIP program give you?
Mostly higher withdrawal limits and extra bonuses. Mino Casino's top level allows AUD 1,800 a day against AUD 900 at entry, and its VIP players get a 7% daily cashback instead of 5%. Every bonus still carries wagering and a winnings cap.
Is a high roller casino in Australia legal?
No online casino can be licensed to offer casino games to people in Australia, whatever the stakes. It is not an offence for you to play, but you have no Australian regulator or dispute service if a large win is not paid.
How do I reach VIP level at a casino?
By betting more. Loyalty points and levels are earned through play, and some casinos tie status to deposits: Golden Crown's withdrawal tiers follow lifetime deposits, CrownPlay's VIP levels follow activity in the last 90 days, and Leon grants VIP status for a single $3,000 deposit after verification. The public terms we read do not say how much play each partner level needs.
Are VIP managers a good sign?
Not on their own. A personal contact whose job is to keep you depositing is a sales role. If a VIP manager offers bonuses to cancel a withdrawal or to raise your limits, treat it as a warning sign.
