Lucky7even review: SkyCrown's sister site, with Australia written into its bonus rules

Lucky7even belongs to Metlait SRL, the Costa Rican company behind SkyCrown and Rollero. Its bonus policy picks a free spins game for Australian players and also bars Australians from no deposit offers.

Good

  • Session time limits as well as deposit, loss and wager limits
  • Payout times listed for every withdrawal method

Watch out

  • On ACMA's blocked list

  • Reload winnings capped at 10x the deposit

Key facts

  • ACMA's blocked list includes lucky7even.com and lucky7even1.com (snapshot 8 Oct 2026).
  • Its footer and terms name Metlait SRL of Costa Rica (registration 3-102-911867), Tobique licence no. 0000064: the same details as SkyCrown and Rollero.
  • The bonus policy lists Australia among countries that cannot use no deposit bonuses, and gives Australians a separate free spins game on the Monday reload.
  • Withdrawals are capped at A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 a rolling week and A$30,000 a month.
  • Welcome stages are 50% to 100% matches, each capped at 500 EUR, with 40x wagering and a A$7.50 maximum bet.

Lucky7even review: what sets it apart

Lucky7even is unusual in one way: its rules mention Australia by name. Clause 4.1 of the bonus policy says that on the Monday reload, "For Australian players, free spins will be credited in Wolf treasure (IG Tech)". Clause 5.3 then puts Australia on the list of countries that cannot use no deposit bonuses. So the casino knows Australians sign up, plans for them, and still has ACMA's block against its name. We score it 3.5 out of 10.

This desk review is based on the home page, terms (last updated 14 April 2026), bonus policy, responsible gaming policy and payments page, read on 9 October 2026 from an Australian connection through the site's English (AU) version. We did not create an account.

No. Under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 nobody may offer online casino games or pokies to people in Australia, and ACMA's list of blocked gambling websites names lucky7even.com and lucky7even1.com. ACMA's advice is that offshore operators like this leave players with nowhere to complain if money goes missing. You break no law by playing, but you give up every Australian protection.

The terms' own restricted list in clause 2.4 bars more than 50 places, including the US, the UK, France, Germany and Switzerland. Australia is not among them, although clauses 3.3 and 3.4 note that NetEnt and Amatic games are unavailable here.

Who owns Lucky7even? Metlait SRL and its sister sites

The footer says www.lucky7even.com "is owned and operated by Metlait SRL", registered in Costa Rica under 3-102-911867, at an address in Cartago, under E-gaming licence No. 0000064 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The Commission's published licence holder list includes "Metlait S.R.L" with a B2C entry expiring 16 April 2027. That list shows companies only, so it cannot say which websites the licence covers.

Those exact company details sit in the footers or terms of five more casinos:

If you know the SkyCrown review, most of the clauses below will look familiar; our Rollero casino review covers the one sibling not yet on ACMA's list.

The welcome package at 40x

The home banner promises "$/€ 2,000 WELCOME BONUS + 200 FREE SPINS". The bonus policy breaks that into four stages, each with a 500 EUR maximum, 50 free spins in a BGaming pokie and 40x wagering:

StageMatchCode
First deposit100%automatic
Second deposit50%CLAIM50
Third deposit75%CLAIM75
Fourth deposit100%CLAIM100

Any deposit bonus needs at least A$30, the bet cap while wagering is A$7.50, and slots alone count in full (table, live and video poker games count 5%). Here is the first stage on a A$100 deposit, in our calculation:

  1. Bonus A$100, so you play with A$200.
  2. Wagering: "The bonus must be wagered 40 times", so A$4,000 of bets.
  3. At A$7.50 a spin that is at least 534 spins.
  4. On 96% pokies the average cost of A$4,000 in bets is A$160, which is more than the bonus.

Real money is played first, jackpot slots can be locked while a bonus is active, and asking for a withdrawal before you finish voids the bonus and its winnings. Our guide to casino bonus terms and conditions explains each of these clauses.

The Monday and Saturday reloads need a $75 deposit, carry 40x and cap winnings at 10 times the deposit, so a $75 reload can never pay out more than $750 from that session. Cashback and cash rewards count as bonuses too: 10x wagering and a 10x ceiling on what you can withdraw.

Lucky7even no deposit bonus codes

Australians cannot use them. The codes published in the policy are all deposit codes: CLAIM50, CLAIM75, CLAIM100, MON and SAT. For players in eligible countries, no deposit winnings stop at A$75, and withdrawing them requires full verification plus a deposit worth at least 20 EUR. Our no deposit bonus Australia guide explains why such caps matter more than the headline.

A smaller warning sign sits at the bottom of the same policy. The referral section repeatedly names a different casino brand as the party offering the reward, which suggests the text was pasted in from another site and never checked. The policy itself is dated 15 December 2023.

Withdrawal times and caps

Processing is aimed at "within 72 hours of approval", and approval depends on identity checks. Clause 8.4 adds that if support cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the request is cancelled and the account locked; our page on the casino verification process explains what to send early.

Withdrawal methodTime on the payments pageMinimum
Skrill, Neteller, MiFinity, MuchBetter and other e-walletsInstantA$30
Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, USDT and other cryptoInstant20 EUR equivalent
Visa1 to 3 banking daysA$30
Mastercard3 to 5 banking daysA$30
Bank transfer5 to 7 banking daysA$750

The terms say "All bank transfers are processed within 3 business days", which does not match the 5 to 7 days on the payments page. Caps are A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 over a rolling week and A$30,000 a month, with progressive jackpots exempt. A A$12,000 win, by our arithmetic, comes out as A$3,000, A$3,000 and A$1,500 over three days, which fills the A$7,500 week, and the last A$4,500 waits for the next weekly window. Every deposit must also be wagered three times before it can be withdrawn, and an account left untouched for 12 months loses 20 EUR a month.

Responsible gaming tools

This is Lucky7even's best section. The policy, updated 23 July 2026, offers deposit, loss and wager limits by day, week or month, cooling-off from one week to six months, self-exclusion for six months, nine months, a year or indefinitely, and a session limit from 6 minutes upward that logs you out when time is up. Raising a limit needs email confirmation and waits for the current one to expire.

The limits have holes. Loss limits are "based on the initial deposit and not winnings", crypto deposits may slip through a deposit limit or a cooling-off period, and the outside help listed is Gamblers Anonymous, GamCare and Gambling Therapy. Australians can call Gambling Help on 1800 858 858; more options are on our gambling help Australia page.

Games and support

The lobby is organised into slots, jackpots, bonus buy, Megaways, hold and win, instant win and live casino tables. The bonus policy names BGaming, Pragmatic Play and IG Tech games; we did not count titles or check return figures. Support is through support@lucky7even.com, live chat and a contact form. Complaints can go to EGIS after the internal process; anything else goes to arbitration in Costa Rica.

Frequently asked questions

Is Lucky7even legit?

It names its operator, Metlait SRL of Costa Rica, and that company appears on the Tobique Gaming Commission's licence holder list. But ACMA has blocked two Lucky7even domains as illegal gambling services, and its bonus policy still carries text copied from a different casino.

Is Lucky7even legal in Australia?

No. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bans offering online casino games to people in Australia, and lucky7even.com is on ACMA's blocked list. Playing is not a crime, but you would have no Australian regulator on your side.

Does Lucky7even have a no deposit bonus for Australians?

No. Clause 5.3 of its bonus policy lists Australia among the countries whose players cannot use no deposit bonuses. Elsewhere, no deposit winnings are capped at A$75.

How long does a Lucky7even withdrawal take?

The terms aim for processing within 72 hours of approval. The payments page then lists e-wallets and crypto as instant, Visa as 1 to 3 banking days, Mastercard as 3 to 5 and bank transfer as 5 to 7, with an A$750 minimum.

What are Lucky7even's sister sites?

SkyCrown, Golden Crown, Boho Casino, Richard Casino and Rollero all name the same company, Metlait SRL, with the same registration and licence number in their own footers or terms.
