- Payouts are capped at A$3,000 a day, A$7,500 a week and A$15,000 a month, and every deposit must be bet three times first.

- No deposit winnings are capped at A$75 and need KYC plus a deposit bet three times; no current code is printed on its pages.
Level Up Casino review: the short verdict
Level Up Casino scores 3.8 out of 10. It does one thing most offshore casinos skip: it tells you who owns it. The bigger story for Australians is the cap hidden in its headline offer. LevelUp advertises up to A$20,000 and 500 free spins, yet every welcome bonus in its terms carries the line "Cash bonus max win: 3× the bonus amount". However well you play, a bonus can only ever turn into three times its own value.
On 9 October 2026 levelupcasino.com forwarded our Australian connection to a numbered LevelUp address that was missing from ACMA's 8 October snapshot. We do not name or link it. We read the terms (updated 6 February 2026), bonus terms (updated 27 May 2026), payments, promotions, FAQ and responsible gaming pages there, without opening an account.
Who runs LevelUp, and is it legit?
Clause 1.1 of the terms says the site is owned and operated by Novatrix SRL, registered in Costa Rica under number 3-102-893958, under licence no. 0000002 from the Tobique Gaming Commission. The Tobique Gaming Commission's licence-holder list includes "Novatrix S.R.L" with a B2C licence running to 13 March 2027. That list shows companies, not websites or licence numbers, so it confirms the company holds a licence, not that LevelUp is covered by it.
Legit in the narrow sense, then: a named company and a named regulator. Not legit for Australians, because a Tobique licence is not an Australian licence and cannot make it lawful to offer online pokies here. Disputes go to an outside body called EGIS and then to arbitration in Costa Rica, and the terms say any claim must be filed within one year.
Is Level Up Casino legal in Australia?
No. The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 bans offering online casino games to people in Australia. You do not commit an offence by playing, but the operator does, and ACMA's register of blocked gambling websites listed 13 LevelUp domains on 8 October 2026: levelupcasino.com plus numbered versions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 23, 30 and 35.
LevelUp's own restricted list names 44 places, including the UK, the US, Poland and two Canadian provinces. Australia is not among them, and the sign-up form came preset to Australia and AUD. Its terms still carve Australians out of NetEnt games entirely and say Amatic is "Restricted in Australia". Our plain-English guide to whether online pokies are legal in Australia covers what that means for you.
The A$20,000 welcome package, priced out
Each of the five deposits offers three options, and choosing one closes the other two. The headline adds up the biggest option every time:
| Deposit | Biggest option (code) | Deposit to max it | Free spins | Most it can win (3x) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1st | 200% to A$3,000 (1ST) | A$1,500 | 100 | A$9,000 |
| 2nd | 100% to A$5,000 (2ND) | A$5,000 | 100 | A$15,000 |
| 3rd | 100% to A$5,000 (3RD) | A$5,000 | 100 | A$15,000 |
| 4th | 125% to A$3,500 (4TH) | A$2,800 | 100 | A$10,500 |
| 5th | 200% to A$3,500 (5TH) | A$1,750 | 100 | A$10,500 |
| Total | A$20,000 | A$16,050 | 500 |
Every option needs 35x the bonus within 14 days, with free spins valid for 72 hours. In our calculation the full package means A$700,000 of bets (A$20,000 x 35). At the default A$85 maximum bet that is at least 8,236 spins, and at a 96% return the expected cost of the turnover is about A$28,000, more than the A$20,000 it unlocks.
A smaller worked case: deposit A$100 and take the 200% option. The A$200 bonus needs A$7,000 of bets in 14 days, with an expected cost near A$280 at a 96% return, and the best possible result is capped at A$600. Try other amounts in our wagering requirements calculator.
Two smaller catches. Wagering only counts on games in the "Wagering" lobby category, and some slots there count at a reduced rate by provider. And if LevelUp cuts a payout to its maximum cashout, the bonus terms say further claims "may be construed as extortion".
Level Up Casino withdrawal time and limits
LevelUp's pages give three different answers on speed. The payments page aims to process withdrawals "within up to 1 hour", the terms aim for "72 hours of approval", and the method table lists cards at 1 to 3 banking days and bank transfer at 5 to 7. The caps are firmer:
| Rule | Amount |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal | A$10 |
| Per day | A$3,000 |
| Per week | A$7,500 |
| Per month | A$15,000 |
| Per card or bank payout | A$3,000 |
| Per e-wallet payout | €/$1,000 |
| Real-money winnings ceiling | €250,000 or equivalent |
| Progressive jackpots | Paid in full, outside the caps |
So an A$20,000 win that is not a jackpot leaves in two calendar months: A$15,000 in the first, at no more than A$7,500 a week, and A$5,000 in the second. Before any of it moves, each deposit must be bet three times. Our guide to casino withdrawal limits compares caps like these.
Verification is where payouts stall. LevelUp may phone you, and if it cannot reach you by phone or email within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked and the withdrawal cancelled. Bitcoin players must send ID before they can even bet.
The promotions page also claims PayID deposits and payouts "typically clearing inside an hour". The payments table we read did not name PayID anywhere, so treat that line as marketing until the cashier shows it.
Level Up Casino no deposit bonus in Australia
We found no live no deposit offer. The promotions page shows an "Activate your promo code" box for a "No Deposit Bonus code" but prints no code, and codes posted elsewhere are unverified. If one does reach you, the terms set the rules: verify your email first, finish KYC, make a deposit and bet it three times, then clear 40x or 70x, with free spins lasting 24 hours. Winnings are capped at A$75. Our no deposit bonus Australia guide explains why caps like this make the "free" part small.
Login problems and the app
Because LevelUp moves between numbered domains, the login page you reach may differ from week to week. Look-alike pages are a real risk when the address keeps changing. The FAQ adds that your email cannot be changed after registration, so losing access to that inbox can mean losing the account. The promoted Android app needs your phone set to allow "installation from unknown sources", which switches off a basic protection on your device.
Responsible gambling tools
LevelUp's toolkit is fuller than many: deposit, loss and wager limits by day, week or month, cooling-off for one week to six months, and self-exclusion for six months, nine months, a year or indefinitely. Lowering a limit is instant; raising one waits for email confirmation and for the old limit to run out. The gaps: crypto deposits can slip past limits and even self-exclusion, the sportsbook ignores loss and wager limits, and the help list names only overseas services. The promotions page does give Gambling Help Online on 1800 858 858. Set limits before you deposit, as our gambling deposit limits guide suggests.
Games and support
The Australian lobby's exclusive section showed titles from BGaming, Evoplay, Platipus, Booming and nine smaller studios. NetEnt and Amatic are barred for Australians by the terms, and we found no per-game return figures to check. Support runs on 24/7 live chat and email, plus WhatsApp and Telegram channels for promotions. We tested none of them.
Sister sites
QueenSpins' terms carry the same company, registration number and licence number word for word, so it is a sister site; see our QueenSpins review. Earlier reviews found the same Novatrix SRL details at King Billy, Casinonic, Woo Casino and Ricky Casino.
How we scored it
- Payments 4.5: a low A$3,000 daily cap, a 3x deposit rule and contradictory payout times, offset by free methods and jackpots paid in full.
- Terms 3.0: 35x in 14 days is milder than many, but the 3x win cap, the two-week contact deadline and a €20 dormancy fee drag it down.
- Safety 1.5: 13 blocked domains and an unlisted mirror; the named, listed operator keeps it off the floor.
- Responsible gambling 5.0: a full set of limits and indefinite self-exclusion, weakened by crypto and sportsbook gaps.
- Games 5.0: plenty of studios, but no NetEnt or Amatic and no return figures we could verify.
- Support 5.0: 24/7 chat and email, untested.
Weighted as explained on our how we rate casinos page, that gives Level Up Casino 3.8 out of 10.

Frequently asked questions
Is Level Up Casino legit?
It is a real company with a real licence, but not one that protects Australians. Its terms name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica and Tobique Gaming Commission licence no. 0000002, and Novatrix S.R.L appears on that commission's licence-holder list, while ACMA lists 13 LevelUp domains as illegal gambling services.
Is Level Up Casino legal in Australia?
No. Online casino games cannot legally be offered to people in Australia, and ACMA has asked internet providers to block 13 LevelUp addresses. Australia is not on LevelUp's restricted-country list, but that is the casino's choice, not Australian law.
How long do Level Up Casino withdrawals take?
Its pages disagree. The payments page aims for withdrawals within an hour, the terms aim for 72 hours after approval, cards show 1 to 3 banking days and bank transfers 5 to 7. Payouts are capped at A$3,000 a day and A$15,000 a month.
Does Level Up Casino have a no deposit bonus in Australia?
We could not confirm a current one. The promotions page has a box for a no deposit code but prints none. Its terms cap no deposit winnings at A$75 and require KYC and a deposit wagered three times before you can withdraw them.
What are the Level Up Casino welcome bonus codes?
The bonus terms list codes such as WLC1, LVLUP1 and 1ST for the three first-deposit options, while the promotions page says no code is needed. Each option carries 35x wagering on the bonus and a 3x cap on winnings.
What are Level Up Casino's sister sites?
QueenSpins names the same company, registration number and licence number in its terms. Earlier reviews found the same Novatrix SRL details at King Billy, Casinonic, Woo Casino and Ricky Casino.
