Ripper Casino review: the short version
Ripper Casino scores 3.1 out of 10. It is built around Australian players (a surf theme, AUD pokies, Neosurf and crypto), but two clauses in its own terms would put us off before the ACMA block even comes up: you have one hour to dispute anything that goes wrong, and you can never withdraw more than $2,000 in a week.
We based this desk review on Ripper's terms (version 2.8, effective 15 July 2026), help centre, banking page and responsible gaming page, read on 8 October 2026. We did not register or deposit.
One hour to raise a dispute
The dispute clause reads: "Any disputes must be emailed to us within one (1) hour of the event in question." Most offshore terms we read allow 14 days; a few allow three. One hour means a disconnection mid-feature, a missing free spins win or a bet you think was settled wrongly has to be in Ripper's inbox before you have finished checking your bank app. Miss it and you have agreed, in advance, not to complain.
The same terms say your account balance "is always as recorded on our Casino servers", so the server's record wins anyway.
Ripper Casino in Australia: blocked at both addresses
Typing rippercasino.com now sends you to ripperpokies.com. Both are on ACMA's blocked gambling websites list, along with 23 other domains carrying the Ripper name, such as rippercasinologin.com and ripperjackpots.com. ACMA adds a site to that list when it finds it providing gambling services that are illegal in Australia, and Australian internet providers then block it. That is why Ripper often will not load here.
Australia is not among the 43 countries Ripper refuses to register (the UK, Germany, France, the Netherlands and Japan are). The penalties under the Interactive Gambling Act fall on the operator, but ACMA's warning to players is blunt: with illegal operators you "risk losing" your money. More on the law: are online pokies legal in Australia.
$2,000 a week, VIP or not
The terms set "the maximum withdrawal per customer per week" at "up to $2,000", and the help centre adds a monthly ceiling of $8,000. The help answer for VIPs is word for word the same: $2,000 a week, $8,000 a month. Ripper also reserves the right to pay larger wins "over a period of several weeks".
| Withdrawal method | Minimum | Fee | Processing | Arrives |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Bank wire | $100 | $50 | 2 business days | Up to 10 business days |
| Bitcoin | $100 | None | 2 business days | Instantly once processed |
| eZeeWallet | $100 | None | 2 business days | Instantly once processed |
Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Neosurf and CashtoCode are deposit-only.
Here is what the cap does to a $9,000 win. At $2,000 a week you need five weekly payments (9,000 / 2,000 = 4.5, rounded up), and because $8,000 is the monthly ceiling the last $1,000 slips into the next month. Taken by bank wire, five payments cost $250 in fees, and each can take up to 10 business days to land after processing. Crypto avoids the fee but not the cap. If a payout seems stuck, our guide to a casino withdrawal pending explains what to ask.
Before any of that, verification has to be approved: colour photo ID, proof of address from the last 90 days and a selfie check, which the help centre says can take up to 48 business hours. If Ripper asks for documents and you do not supply them within four weeks, the account can be suspended and winnings voided. Every deposit must also be wagered once before it can be withdrawn.
Six months idle and the money is gone
An account with no activity for more than six consecutive months is dormant, and "any remaining balance will be automatically voided". The terms add that Ripper "is not obligated to notify users prior to voiding such balances". Of the 18 casinos we reviewed this week, Ripper is the only one whose terms wipe the balance outright after six months, and the only one that rules out notice altogether. Others charge a monthly fee first or wait 12 months or longer.
Bonuses and the free welcome offer
The homepage advertised 20 free spins and a "$7,500 Welcome Bonus" on 8 October 2026. The help centre says a free, no deposit welcome bonus goes to "bonus-eligible players" but gives no amount, and we found no code on Ripper's own pages.
What the terms say about free bonuses:
- 60x wagering on no deposit coupons and on free spin winnings
- Cash-out capped at 5 times the bonus, even after a random jackpot
- Free bonuses expire 48 hours after you redeem them
- If you have never deposited, you can withdraw free bonus winnings only once
- Last deposit older than three months: no free bonus withdrawals
Take a $20 free chip as an example. 60x means $1,200 of bets inside 48 hours, at most $5 a spin for a non-VIP, so at least 240 spins. If the pokies return 96%, those bets cost $48 on average, more than twice the chip, and the most you could ever keep is $100. Deposit coupons are milder at 30x the deposit plus bonus, with a $20 minimum and a 48 to 72 hour expiry. Cashback is 25% (40% for VIPs or crypto deposits) on deposits lost without a bonus, at 25x wagering: $25 back on a busted $100 means $625 of bets before it is yours.
Who is behind Ripper?
The terms, footer and help pages name no company and no licence. The terms grant you a "sub-license to use our software" without saying whose. One odd detail: the eZeeWallet instructions on Ripper's banking page tell you to move funds "into your PlayCroco wallet", the name of a different casino, which suggests shared copy but does not tell you who owns either brand.
Responsible gambling
Ripper offers daily or monthly deposit limits, set by asking support, and a self-exclusion agreement for a week, a month, a year or permanently, completed by signed form. The account is only reopened after the term ends and management reviews it. There is no self-service limit you can set yourself, which makes the tools slower to use when you most need them.
Games and support
The help centre names Pragmatic Play, BGaming, Rival, Arrow's Edge, Mascot Gaming and WGS among its providers, and says Ripper is browser-only with no app. Pokies marked with a crown are real-money only and cannot be played with a bonus balance. Support runs 24/7 on live chat, with emails to support@ripper.casino answered within 24 hours and a book-a-call option.
How we scored it
- Payments 3.0. Fees and minimums are clear, but $2,000 a week is low, VIPs get no more, and wires cost $50 and up to 10 business days.
- Terms 2.5. The one-hour dispute window and the no-notice balance wipe are among the harshest clauses we read; 60x and 48-hour freebies do not help.
- Safety 1.0. 25 blocked domains and no company or licence named.
- Responsible gambling 4.0. Deposit limits and self-exclusion from a week to permanent, but only through support.
- Games 5.0. Providers are named; we could not check return figures per game.
- Support 5.0. 24/7 chat and an email target; quality not tested.

Frequently asked questions
Is Ripper Casino legit?
It names no company and no licence, and ACMA has put 25 Ripper-named domains on its blocked list. Its terms also give you only one hour to dispute an event and let it void a dormant balance without notice, which we count against it.
Is Ripper Casino legal in Australia?
No. Offering online casino games to people in Australia is prohibited under the Interactive Gambling Act 2001, and ACMA lists both rippercasino.com and ripperpokies.com as blocked illegal gambling sites.
How long do Ripper Casino withdrawals take?
Its help page says most withdrawals are processed within 2 business days after verification, which can take up to 48 business hours. Bank transfers can then take up to 10 business days to arrive and cost $50.
What is the Ripper Casino withdrawal limit?
The terms cap withdrawals at $2,000 per customer per week, and the help page adds $8,000 a month, for regular and VIP players alike. Larger wins can be paid over several weeks.
Does Ripper Casino have a no deposit bonus?
Its help page says a free welcome bonus is available to bonus-eligible players but gives no amount. Under its terms, no deposit coupons need 60x wagering, expire after 48 hours and pay out at most 5 times the bonus.
Why does Ripper Casino not load in Australia?
Australian internet providers block sites on ACMA's list at ACMA's request, and both of Ripper's main addresses are on it. That is a legal block, not a technical fault.
