- Sportsbook takes live (in-play) bets, which are illegal to offer online in Australia
- Loss and wager limits do not apply to sports bets
- Limits are set by emailing support, according to the policy page
- EUR 25 monthly dormancy fee
Key facts
- Ten Woo Casino domains, from woocasino.com to woocasino100.com, are on ACMA's blocked list (snapshot 8 Oct 2026).
- Rolling withdrawal caps: A$4,000 a day, A$16,000 per 7 days, A$50,000 per 30 days; the aim is to process within 72 hours of approval.
- Deposit bonuses need 40x wagering with an A$8 maximum bet, and no bonuses are given on crypto deposits.
- Its responsible gambling policy says loss and wager limits do not cover sportsbook bets and cooling-off does not stop them.
- Operator: Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica, Tobique licence no. 0000002, the same as King Billy, Casinonic and Ricky Casino.
Verdict: decent caps, weak guard rails
Woo Casino's withdrawal caps are among the better ones we have read, up to A$50,000 per 30 days. What lets it down is everything around them: ten Woo domains are on ACMA's blocked list, the site also runs a sportsbook that takes live bets, and Woo's own responsible gambling policy says its loss and wager limits do not cover those sports bets. We score it 3.7 out of 10.
This is a desk review based on Woo's terms (version 1.1, last updated 10 March 2026), bonus terms and responsible gambling policy, read on 8 October 2026.
Woo's limits do not cover its sportsbook
The responsible gambling policy, headed "Novatrix SRL Responsible Gambling Policy", offers casino players deposit, loss and wager limits, cooling-off and self-exclusion. The sportsbook section then adds two exceptions in plain words: loss and wager limits "are currently not applicable for Sportsbook bets", and a cooling-off period "does not prevent you from making a Sportsbook bet if you have an available balance".
So a player who sets a loss limit on pokies can keep betting on sport from the same balance. For sports, only deposit limits and self-exclusion (6 months, 9 months, 1 year or forever) apply. The policy page also says limits are set by emailing support rather than through a button in the account.

Is Woo Casino legal in Australia?
No, on two counts. Online casino games and pokies cannot legally be offered to people in Australia, and ACMA has asked internet providers to block woocasino.com and nine numbered Woo mirrors, up to woocasino100.com. Online in-play betting on sport is also prohibited in Australia, and ACMA enforces that rule even against licensed local bookmakers: Tabcorp paid a penalty in February 2026 over illegal in-play bets. Woo's sportsbook welcome free bets can be used on "both live and pre-match bets".
Woo's restricted-country list is very long (it includes the UK, the US, France, Spain, India and Serbia), yet Australia is not on it. The penalties in the Interactive Gambling Act fall on the operator, but an Australian player has no local regulator to complain to. If you want sports betting, use an Australian-licensed bookmaker; our page on offshore betting sites in Australia explains the difference.
Woo Casino withdrawal time and limits
The terms aim to process withdrawals within 72 hours of approval. Minimum and maximum amounts depend on the payment method and are shown in the cashier. The caps are rolling, which matters for big wins:
| Window | Cap (AUD) |
|---|---|
| Rolling 24 hours | A$4,000 |
| Rolling 7 days | A$16,000 |
| Rolling 30 days | A$50,000 |
A A$50,000 win takes at least 22 days to come out, because the 7-day cap of A$16,000 runs out after four days at the daily maximum. Jackpot wins are paid in full outside these caps. Bank transfers are processed within 3 business days, intermediary banks may charge up to EUR 16, and each deposit must be wagered three times before withdrawal. Woo can verify you by phone; if it cannot reach you within two weeks of a withdrawal request, the account is locked.
Bonus rules: 40x, A$8 max bet, nothing for crypto
The current welcome headline was "3500 $/EUR + 200 free spins" on 8 October 2026. The rules behind it:
- Every deposit bonus: 40x wagering, minimum A$25 deposit, a bonus code from the bonus description
- Maximum bet with a bonus active: A$8 for any game; buying features counts toward the bet
- First deposit free spins: 25 a day for 6 days (150 in total), winnings wagered 40x
- Free spins can be cancelled if your deposit was not wagered 3 times, excluding table games
- No bonuses at all for crypto deposits
- Winnings from cashback, reloads and VIP bonuses capped at A$10,000; no deposit winnings capped at A$75
On a A$100 bonus, 40x means A$4,000 of bets, at least 500 spins at A$8, and an expected loss of about A$160 if the pokies return 96% (A$4,000 x 4%). Plug in your own stake and spin speed with our pokies calculator.
Who owns Woo, and the sister sites
Woo's terms name Novatrix SRL of Costa Rica (registration 3-102-893958), licensed by the Tobique Gaming Commission under licence no. 0000002. The same company and licence appear in the terms of King Billy, Casinonic and Ricky Casino. Disputes go to arbitration in Costa Rica, and the outside complaints service named is EGIS. Accounts idle for 12 months can be charged EUR 25 a month.
Woo Casino login in Australia: why the address keeps changing
Australians searching for a "Woo Casino login" usually find a different address each time, because Australian internet providers block the listed domains and the brand moves to new ones. ACMA's list already holds ten Woo addresses. A new mirror is not a fix: it is the same unlicensed service at a new address, and every copy you find through a search ad or a social post is a chance to land on a fake login page.
